Our ethics and compliance

We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and are members of the Credit Services Association (CSA).  To ensure full compliance we have encorporated both the guidance under the FCA’s handbooks and the CSA’s Code of Practice into our business activities and processes.

We make sure that all aspects of the business adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines. This is done by regularly testing each process in a controlled audit environment. This activity is performed by our Compliance manager. This ensures protection for

  • our clients
  • our staff
  • our partners and
  • the people we are collecting money from

Our dialling activity complies with Ofcom requirements and is PCI DSS compliant in relation to security of credit card data.
